BUSINESS AS USUAL

Committees are meeting and organizing membership drives, fundraising activities, reviewing and reacting to legislation affecting our businesses, arranging networking mixers, ribbon cuttings, etc. In other words it is business as usual.

Who is minding the Chamber? Besides our competent staff, we have our volunteer Board of Directors, Ambassadors and fellow Chamber members who care enough about the success of our Chamber that they dedicate time, money and resources toward its success. A big thank you also goes to the Women’s Division of the Chamber for their tremendous support and assistance with getting out this publication each month, aiding at mixers, fundraisers and any Chamber functions that they can be of help.

We had a tremendous show of support at the Planning Conference. There were plenty of fresh ideas and enthusiasm for this year’s activities. I am inspired by the talent on our Board and assure you each of us have declared our commitment to reaching out to you, our members, to make your association with this Chamber a valuable tool for your business. Whatever we can do to help your business, please make your voices heard.
